Wheels and tires (Livonia)

My 15 year old bought his first car, it’s not the Subaru or the vw golf that he wanted but it’s something to start with. He is looking for wheels and or tires that are I believe 14 or 15” and have 4 bolts. He has an early 2000s saturn. Anything would help him get started. Thank you in advance. .
