yellow flowers (Old Ottawa South)

last year's picture when they bloomed, do not know what it is and if it can grow from transplanted stems with roots ? if somebody wants to take a chance on them ? or for next year perhaps ? they are still dunked in water, 3 different people wanted them but nobody came to pick up so far
