18,000 BTU airconditioner-220 volts (Bloomfield, NJ)

Powerful working airconditioner, Generations model no. GAM189 ERS3B, 18,000 BTU. It came with the house & will no longer fit in our new window, but we used it last summer & I tested it last week. Energystar. NOTE: it needs a 220 outlet (see pics). 23 3/4" wide x 17 3/4" tall x 25" deep. It has a small board (1.5") screwed into one side and another cut for the other side.
