Fast current Desktop PC computer (Kinderhook)

I'd love your cast off desktop CPU! Maybe you have upgraded to another desktop or switched to a laptop? My desktop was fast 7 years ago, but I need a faster chip, more RAM etc. I will post my specs asap. Thank you!
