Good condition. I no longer need this. One issue is the adhesive backed Velcro strap to hold the legs up failed and I hot melt glued it and the glue gave out eventually. This really needs to mounted with a few self tapping screws and it will be fine. Easy pick up off Nashua Rd, Pepperell.
