Parts work, old condition but power connection mostly still on. Just sewing motion may get tangled and need to add extra oil for continuing usage. Someone may able to have some skill to look over, adjust/fix, maintain the machine. If not able to fix, parts are in good condition that can be recycled, replaced/reused to other sewing machine, or sell as scrap metals.
