Shelves in the cabinet part are adjustable. The hutch has one removable shelf, the rest are fixed.
The hutch can be positioned on top of the cabinet but can also be placed side by side as a bookshelf. If you prefer to take only one of the two pieces that’s fine as well.
It is placed in our garage so no need to carry it through a staircase but it will require two people to load.
Daytime or evening pick up is ok.
