Pushchair and equipment for 2yr old refugee girl (Hoole CH2)

I am expecting Ukranian refugee mother with a 2 year old daughter. I am busy making my house safe and collecting the necessaries for a 2 year old. I would be very grateful for anything suitable, as I expect them to arrive with only a suitcase. A pushchair/buggy would be very welcome as would clothes, nappies/re-useable/trainer pants, toys (especially outdoor as there is limited space), safety equipment etc. Size wise she is 90cm /13 kg, but I sure she will be growing very fast.
