Dog grooming table (Berry Hill GL16)

A long shot, but I was hoping someone has a dog grooming table, with the stand to keep the dog in one spot, that they no longer us. My older dog has suddenly decided she doesn’t want to be groomed and will not stay still. I have trimmed her coat myself for several years and had started to look good, but this year she just will not settle, when previously she has enjoyed the attention.
