Handi Scoop poop scoop with bags (OX2 Abbey Rd)

I have a novel poop scoop machine for pet poops. The idea is you load up a few bags onto the scoop and secure them with the stretch ties, then you scoop up the mess with the bag and just fold the bag over similar to if you did it by hand. And then your next bag is pre-loaded. One of the stretch ties broke so there are only two left meaning you can only load two bags at once. There are good instructional videos online.
