Vintage small dress needs tlc (Bellrock area Malden)

This is a beautiful vintage multi-layered dress, with crochet flowers on it. The zipper works too but there is damage on the seam of the sleeves. It’s not a project I will be able to tackle this year so hoping another seamstress will salvage this.
