Sat nav tomtom (Devonshire Quarter S1)

Anyone gifting a TomTom sat nav as I tried to update my tomtom and the map is disapeared. would appreciate as I am in need of one.or anyone can help me to get my map back . if anyone can help to get my map back .thank you
