Shelves in the cabinet part are adjustable. The bookshelf has one removable shelf, the rest are fixed.
The bookshelf can be positioned on top of the cabinet but can also be used separately.
It is placed in our garage so no need to carry it through a staircase but it will require two people to load.
Daytime or evening pick up is ok.
