GE 5.0 cu ft chest freezer (NE Portland - Roseway 97213)

This freezer is 2 years old. Repair person said the compressor is out. The labor cost to repair it is too expensive. It’s in my garage. I’d be very happy if someone who knows how to fix this would take it, repair it and have a freezer to use or sell. 33.5” x 21.25” X 28.75”, weighs 63 lbs.
