Patio screen door 28x78 (Blackburn hamlet)

Hi,
The one in our rental is to large, never worked properly and has now broken a wheel . I'm looking for the sliding screen door only. Holes in screen are OK
Actual measurement is
28 x 77 3.4 x 28
