This is heavy canvas, it’s the same weight as modern US army bags and based on the the way it’s numbered and packaged I’m guessing it actually is Army surplus.
There are 4 unopened rolls and at least another 1/2. They ARE bias tape; if this matters to you, you’ll know what that means.
I’m willing to give these away either all together or one 50 yard roll at a time (because I’m having a hard time imagining how 200+ yards of it would be used unless it was some outdoor art installation).
