Red boucle fabric (Seattle Capitol Hill)

Looks like it was part of a curtain. Approximately 62” wide by 1 1/2 yard long. It has a vertical seam so it’s actually a 20” panel sewn to a 42” panel. There’s a 3” hem at the bottom and 1” hems on each side.
