Canoe paddles, cart and roof rack (Old Ottawa South)

Would anyone be able to lend (or give!) us one or two adult canoe paddles, a canoe cart/pulley for transporting the canoe by foot, and/or a kit for putting a canoe on a car roof? We have fixed up an old canoe that was sitting for years in our garage and we want to test it out... so I thought I'd check here before buying anything...
