an electric fan (Hillmorton CV21)

As the weather is soaring my breathing is getting bad i am disabled and only have one fan in the bed room but would like one in my lounge , i find it difficult to move the fan from bedroom so can anybody help me please as i am on a very tight budget , many thanks all you great peeps
