About 15 years old, solid cedar, very sturdy. Has been stained every 2 years (last time was 2021) has had some superficial (not structural) damage from bees over the years.
Has 2 swings, green tarp and flags for tower, monkey bars, rope ladder (could use new rope) Slide and tire swing are no longer part of the set.
Must be disassembled and moved by taker…. Full disclosure the play set is at the bottom of our rather hilly yard!
