Rebar (Bismarck, Missouri 63624)

I have a 12' x 30' room that I need to pour concrete in to finish my family room but I need to get rebar and whatever it takes to make a solid floor. I have to get it done before winter so I can hook up my wood stove so I can have heat. I can't afford to pay an HVAC person to add the plenum and the duct work etc to have heat working in my house. The life insurance is gone & I need help.
