High backed chair with arms (Cliff Hill CV34)

This chair was bought new as a nursing chair when our son was born, he's now 28 and we never use it! Needs repadding as the foam is turning to dust now and the seat is sagging, but once it gets restuffed it will be a very comfortable chair again.
