A floor to ceiling mounted bike rack than can hold 2 bikes.
I got it a some time ago and just haven’t been able to put it to use.
I believe all hardware is there minus the screws you would anchor the top of the rack to the ceiling.
I’m including a picture of a SIMILAR rack that I found online it is NOT the actual rack but will give you an idea of how it is configured.
