Double bed but see below (Bedford MK42)

I'm not having much luck with trying to find a double bed can anyone help or point me in the right direction with any idea's plz Sleeping on a sofa in my bedrooms is honestly causing my back so much pain I can hardly walk in the morning Would be grateful for any help
