Apollo Wham child's bike (HR2 Redhill)

First bike, up to about 6 or 8 years I would think.
The seat is at the maximum extension and is 70cm above the ground.
There is rust on most of the nuts and the bike could do with some TLC.
...but it all works and has years of life in it!
