Possible DIY project? (Longley S5)

The areas I have marked with an orange line are where the scratches are. They are not minor scratches. However there are no scratches anywhere else. This can be fixed very easily with a product called leather binder and then the sofa being recolpured with leath fabric paint. Sofa was originally over £2,300. I am moving which is why I'm not fixing the sofa up myself. If you watch YouTube videos you'll see how to very easily get rid of the scratches with leather binder. You'll need to collect your self and it's a two man job. The picture in the living room of the sofa is what it will look like once fixed with a £15 product called leather binder.
