Circular piece of glass in brass frame (Box GL6)

This is a circular piece of glass, about 20cm across, that used to be part of a clock. Before I throw it away I wondered if anyone might want it as some kind of porthole or window or frame for something. The frame has small holes in places along the edge to attach it to something. 50p for scale in one of the photos.
