Bits for job as caretaker (Somerset .)

Hi I'm after an old rotavator that may need bit of work as have bit of ground at a school I work at and it's too much for me to dig over by hand ,need to put grass seed down .Also would be handy in my job as caretaker in future projects at schools .Also old pressure washer and strimmer needed if any one has one to make my job easier .The schools are only small primary ones so dont have alot of funds available ..kind regards Richard
