Donated Space - Mid-Town (Cedarvale - Toronto)

This may not pass muster - looking for a donated, suitable space for a young man, with Special Needs, to have his one-on-one HOUR long Dance Class, Once a week, with instructor. Allen Road/Eglinton Ave West would be ideal. All thoughts/ideas are welcome, thank you.
