Window accessories/Planthangers (Englewood)

This is a bag containing an IKEA wire curtain hanger we never figured out, 4 white plant hangers (could double as curtain rod holders) / 2 new in package, 1 is bent out of shape. And two plastic “combs” new:never used but they are intended to help create a pleated-swag fabric valence to go over window.
