This 25' steel tape was in the usual spring-loaded case, and the spring stopped being able to recoil the tape. It has no bends or kinks. I'd recycle it, but Ann Arbor stopped taking metal items (other than cans) in curbside carts. If you can use it, please give me a porch pickup day and time, and I'll leave it for you.
