Loveseat (Brooklyn, New York)

This is a starter loveseat. It is NOT high end or made of the finest materials or construction. It's made of simple materials. It may feel cheap, but it's sturdy for someone who knows how to take care of things. My mom had it for years. She passed it to me when I got my first apartment. This loveseat held up from the 1990s! It's "old faithful" and serves its purpose until you can get something better or what you really want. This green-fabric loveseat includes three covers: floral (as shown), off-white, and blue in exceptionally good condition. Although it's lightweight, you would need another person to help you maneuver it through the door and down 14 steps, since I'm on the second floor. You must have a van/truck. I'm located in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn. Measurements from floor to top of back is 30"/arm width is 35.5"/ arm-to-arm is 61"
