running van or SUV (Near SE 59 and S Bryant Ave.)

My 2007 Honda Odyssey is requiring frequent costly repair and has 210,000+ mi. My disabled large son ( uses oxygen)and disabled cousin (uses walker after broken hip) live with me and neither drives. I am the only driver (73).
