Fan (Norcot RG30)

I have this fan that works but is a little tempremental. If you have the ability to do some diy to see if you can get it working as it should, you may have it, otherwise I will be taking it to the tip. It possibly needs a good clean. I don't have the know how to sort it and its a pity to dump it someone fan fix it. Come and collect it.
