This Rayburn hasn't been used for about 15 years by us.
It will require at least 2 men due to its size and weight, and unfortunately I am unable to help due to my health. The Rayburn would benefit from being refurbished due to so corrosion as can be seen in the photo's. The 2bd handle that's missing is there but it's in the oven so it doesn't go missing.
The only requirement is that you take care when moving it and use blankets or something similar to protect the floor. The walls either side look to have been plastered after the unit was fitted, it's fine to chip this away as the space will eventually be built up and have an inset wood burner fitted
