SCOBY, a Symbiotic Colony Of Bacteria and Yeast. Used to make a kombucha-like probiotic drink called Jun (you can Google it).
We've been making it for several years. It needs to be fed honey and green tea every couple of weeks, and it'll produce a delicious drink.
We're giving it away because we are moving overseas. We're hoping it finds a good home. Great for anyone looking for a low-key home project.
