The back-story is that I noticed this forlorn creature sitting on the sidewalk in my neighborhood, Cleveland Park. I took a photo and posted it to the 12,000+ member Cleveland Park listserv with description and exact address, hoping to reunite this creature with its young owner. Well, it was still there 10 days later, looking sad. I took it home, ran it through the washing machine on delicate, dried it in a sunny window, and fluffed it up in the dryer. Babar (or Babette) is ready for a loving new home.
Flexible, in-person pickup most days except Tuesday, August 16. Location is apartment building near Zoo (with easy short-term parking and near Metro). Sorry, no porch pickup. Thanks for your interest!
