Cat friendly, Smoke free home. Must bring up 6 stairs. Takes 2 people (I am unable to help bring it up). Approximately 7' x 3' Couch. Has 2 included pillows. In great shape. It hasn't been used very often. Does not come with the blanket or kitti 😉
