We need space in loft so giving away our much loved two seater IKEA Ektorp sofa which has followed us everywhere.
Its great for small rooms and looks great with a blanket and throw cushions on it:

Still very comfortable but not in perfect shape- cover is washable and also replaceable. One arm a bit loose but can be tightened up.
