Wheelchair entry ramp (IP2)

Hi. I am looking for a ramp that i can use at my front door. I have a step of about ⁹ inches high. I am able to lift hubbies wheelchair over the threshold but i can only push him so far in it as we live in quite a hilly area. He has a small scooter that is kept inside but i am unable to lift it in and out on my own so its use is limited to when my daughter visits. Ideally a portable ramp that does not have to be a permanent fixture would be ideal. There is one in argos called a suitcase ramp which would be absolutely perfect but i will give anything a go within reason. Thank you in advance.
