Small low table (Towson nr. Loch Raven & Taylor)

Friend had neck surgery and needs to feed cat, but can't bend all the way to the floor. Size for water, food bowl, and small cat. Low enough for cat to jump up. Small coffee table? Piano bench? Also any suggestions where to buy such a table?
