Epson multi function printer-faulty (Wallington SM6)

Suit a knowledgeable repairer. Recently indicated cartridges needed changing and not recognising. Usual actions done but to no avail. Possible minor paper jam, though may have cleared now. Bonus is that will include a few new/recently installed cartridges - non-Epson from a major retailer. Print/copy/scan model.
