Smoke free home. I do have a small dog (not allowed on any furniture).
Cover is in great condition, except for a scratch (pictured). The springs under the middle cushion are kind of wonky, I used zip ties to reinforce.

Sofa has been taken apart (2 pieces & legs removed) to make it easier to maneuver.
Must bring help to bring down 1 flight of steps, I cannot carry it.
