plastic crocodile (Glasgow west end)

a crocodile given by nursery for Christmas. there is a mechanism that should work. Depending on which teeth you press the mouth should shut. It never really worked (what a waste of resources !) I opened it to check mechanism but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Giving it away in case someone wants to use it another way like props or deco before I look into ways of recycling.
