20+ pounds of organically grown jerusalem artichokes
I dug them up a couple days ago (and they've still got dirt on them to prove it) and I've got way more than I can use. You can cook them like potatos and they are really tasty roasted, fried or made into soup or just eaten raw. They have a slightly sweet, nutty flavor.
Easy porch pick up in the Atwood neighborhood.
