Yamaha AV Receiver model RX-V381 5.1 surround sound receiver.
Includes receiver, remote, setup instructions, and surround calibration microphone.
I recently upgraded my system and replaced this unit. It still works great.
The only problem is the little plastic tabs broke off of the wire input for the center channel speaker. They can be replaced but I just wedged a little piece of plastic in with the wire and it worked fine.
