Clothes rail (Selly Oak B29)

I have an old clothes rail that's been sitting up a corner gathering dust. I've given it a quick wipe down, but there are some rusty marks on the metal at the bottom, although the chrome hanging rail is ok apart from at one end. It's height adjustable, collapses down, and the rail is extendable at both ends. On castors, and has a tendency to open up more than it should, so someone has tied both sides of the base together to prevent it collapsing.

In short, it's a bit rough around the edges, but will do the job.
