dead electric bike for project (BN1)

Hi does anyone in the brighton or hollingdean area happened to have an old dead electric bike that’s taking up room that they no longer want as I would be happy to take it off of your hands for a project with my boy as he would like an electric bike but obviously we can’t afford to buy a new one or a fully working secondhand one but I do have the knowledge and capability of rebuilding bikes and electricals. So if anybody can help in this they would have my upmost appreciation and thanks
