Works just fine, but I upgraded to Connexion. In box, and includes manual. Was approved to work on Comcast Xfinity. Back panel includes coax cable connection, ethernet connection, and that's it. So it's not a router. Yes, this means you don't have to pay Comcast to rent a cable modem from them.
