Carpet offcuts & rugs = Arthritis (Croydon)

Anything welcome, preferable Cro or S. Cro/CR2. My flat has wooden/stone floors throughout and I wish to insulate all the walk areas. Am fairly old with arthritis so I feel the cold/damp quite badly in winter. Many thanks.
